This is a letter to express my appreciation for their excellent service provided to my company business loan application. As a sole proprietor, it is a challenge in obtaining loan from Banks and Financial Institutions on our own effort.
Mr Simon Yan from your esteem company approached me for Temporary Bridging loan application in November 2021, I’ve agreed with doubts if it will be possible as we received disbursement from OCBC bank only few months ago. I was impressed by the systematic approach to my application, having analysed our submitted supporting documents, we were advised to delay the application submission to banks by 2 months and build-up some weakness in our documentations to strengthen the success rate. When the application was submitted to bank officially, the approval and disbursement of loan amount was completed within one month (extremely fast).
As I was typing this letter, SME Capital has again ensure our new loan application approved and fund disbursed in extremely fast manner (less than one month). The entire process was smooth, hassle- free and updates to my loan application was constantly informed to me.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation to thank you for helping me apply for the Loans and Credit Cards successfully.
In particular, I would like to thank Keson for following up with me consistently. His patience is commendable and he knows when to “remind” me to try the application again yet without pestering me (J) since 2020.
Considering the number of times I said no to him or I forgot to reply him as I was in the middle of meetings, many would have given up following up, but not Keson.
Once Keson was able to convince me to submit the application again, the entire process was fast and painless as the SME Capital Team execute the application process seamlessly.
